SSF Refunds

No SSF Certificate issued: Refund allowed  

  • Submit an action email requesting a refund
  • A refund will be processed and the account deactivated
  • Advise the client they will receive their refund via the same payment method 
    • Credit/Debit Card payment:  3-5 business days
    • Online Check payment: 5-7 business days
    • Money Order/Cashier’s Check: 7-10 business days

SSF Certificate issued: Refund not allowed 

  • Advise the client the account will remain active and contact us when they need to take the debtor education counseling. 
    • Client’s will receive a courtesy waiver when they call back, so they can take the counseling without paying again.
