No SSF Certificate issued: Refund allowed
- Submit an action email requesting a refund
- A refund will be processed and the account deactivated
- Advise the client they will receive their refund via the same payment method
- Credit/Debit Card payment: 3-5 business days
- Online Check payment: 5-7 business days
- Money Order/Cashier’s Check: 7-10 business days
SSF Certificate issued: Refund not allowed
- Advise the client the account will remain active and contact us when they need to take the debtor education counseling.
- Client’s will receive a courtesy waiver when they call back, so they can take the counseling without paying again.
