How does the CIN web client process work (from the client’s perspective)?
- The client logs into MHT
- The client is prompted to change their MHT password (which is NOT passed over to us),
- They click the link/button to begin their web counseling
- They are shown disclosures for either CD or UC (depending on what they or their attorney chose)
- After they agree to the disclosures they are taken to our website
- They complete the counseling
- The client can call in to complete counseling or finish with web counseling
- The certificate is issued and sent to MHT
How does the CIN OD client process work (from the client’s perspective)?
- The client calls MHT at 877-213-6519.
- Automated system asks client for access code and last four digits of SSN then sends the client to listen to CD or UC disclosure recording
- The client does a keypress on their phone to acknowledge and accept the disclosures (at that moment the registration info. Is sent to us and we reply with an OD PIN(s)
- The client is provided their PIN number
- The client is transferred into On Demand recording
- The client finishes the course and presses 0 to connect to a CD or UC counselor
- OD counseling is completed per usual
- The client’s cert is issued and sent back to MHT
How many CC agencies work with CIN?
Right now there are four agencies (Cricket Debt – $24, UrgentCo – $20, DECAF – $24, and DebtHelper – $24).
