CIN Web & OD Client Process

How does the CIN web client process work (from the client’s perspective)?

  1. The client logs into MHT
  2. The client is prompted to change their MHT password (which is NOT passed over to us),
  3. They click the link/button to begin their web counseling
  4. They are shown disclosures for either CD or UC (depending on what they or their attorney chose)
  5. After they agree to the disclosures they are taken to our website
  6. They complete the counseling
  7. The client can call in to complete counseling or finish with web counseling
  8. The certificate is issued and sent to MHT

 

How does the CIN OD client process work (from the client’s perspective)?

  1. The client calls MHT at 877-213-6519.
  2. Automated system asks client for access code and last four digits of SSN then sends the client to listen to  CD or UC disclosure recording
  3. The client does a keypress on their phone to acknowledge and accept the disclosures (at that moment the registration info. Is sent to us and we reply with an OD PIN(s)
  4. The client is provided their PIN number 
  5. The client is transferred into On Demand recording
  6. The client finishes the course and presses 0 to connect to a CD or UC counselor
  7. OD counseling is completed per usual
  8. The client’s cert is issued and sent back to MHT

 

How many CC agencies work with CIN?

Right now there are four agencies (Cricket Debt – $24, UrgentCo – $20, DECAF – $24, and DebtHelper – $24).
