Certificates and/or emails are not being received
Due to the growing problem of unsolicited and unwanted commercial emails, many webmail services and email applications (i.e. Outlook 2003/2007, Mozilla Thunderbird, etc.) have taken measures to automatically filter emails. Since our certificates are attached to an email this is typically the trigger that flags emails as spam or rejects them altogether resulting in certificates not being delivered.
If a client or attorney calls in stating they are not receiving our emails please have them troubleshoot first with these basic steps.
- Check their junk or spam inbox
- Some browsers have instructions on how to whitelist a certain email. Ask them to add our domains to their email so it is no longer rejected. (cricketdebt.com, Urgentco.com, and solidstartfinancial.com)
- If an issue persists even after some troubleshooting, they will need to contact their ISP provider and request to have cricketdebt.com, urgentco.com, and solidstartfinancial.com domains whitelisted or unblocked.
- To ensure our emails are no longer rejected. Clients will also want to make sure there are no other additional spam filters on their account causing the rejection.
