SSF OD Packet and Quiz Answers

SSF OD Packet

The EOUST requires that we provide all SSF OD clients a packet once they are registered for the OD counseling.

The packet consists of two parts.

    • The complete counseling transcript
    • Various Counseling worksheets
      • Credit card comparison chart
      • Needs vs Wants Chart
      • Other worksheets for managing one’s finances

Counselors will send the packet via mail or by email. 

    • By mail, the transcript and worksheets are printed in 2 booklets.
    • By email, the clients are sent a link to a PDF document that includes the same information.
      • The emailed materials exceed 80 pages.
      • We do not recommend that the client print out the PDF document. 

Things to Remember

    • No portion of the packet should be sent back to us. 
      • The material is for clients to keep.
    • The packet is not required to be filled out.
    • Instruct the client to wait for the packet to arrive to begin the counseling.
      • For the majority of clients, it is beneficial for them to wait so they can read along with the recording.
      • We must advocate for clients to have the packet in hand before starting the recorded counseling session.
