Sending Certificates Directly To Court

Certificate Delivery

• EOUST guidelines do not allow us to send certificates directly to the court.
• It is the responsibility of the client and/or their attorney to ensure the certificate(s) are properly filed with the courts.
• If a client is persistent, remain empathetic but suggest alternatives for certificate delivery:

• • Email or fax directly to the client
  • Email or fax to attorney
  • Email to friend or family member
  • Mail certificate through US Mail
