Requesting A Work Schedule Change

Schedule Changes

Every effort is made to accommodate an employee’s time-off request as well as the schedule they would prefer to work. However, the needs of the company will need to come first in determining if requests can be accommodated.

 

How To Request A Permanent Change

  • Requests to make permanent changes to the hours worked should be emailed to om@cricketdebt.com.
    • Please specify what changes you are requesting (For example, a new start time, break time, lunchtime, etc.) and why.

How To Request Time Off for Vacation/Appointments

  • Use the PTO Request tool online
    • If the request is urgent, follow up with an email to OM.

 

Remember that time off requests need to be made before the 15th of the prior month. (Unless, of course, there is an emergency.)
