Pay With Money Order

The client wants to mail in a money order

• • Advise the client of the cost of the session. ($24 for CD, $20 for Uco, $20 for SSF)
  • Provide the company name and street address.

  • Inform the client that payment must be received before we can complete the counseling.  
    • For SSF clients, the certificate will remain on hold until the money order payment arrives at the business office.  
  • The client should be aware that mailing a money order can take anywhere from 3 to 5 business days. 

Clients with a money order number

If a client states that they already mailed their money order and can provide their money order number, proceed with the following steps.

1)  Click on the “client mailed payment” link.

2)  Enter the requested information; money order number and date money order mailed then click Save.

3)  The money order is credited as payment to the account. Counselors are now able to proceed with counseling and the certificate will be sent once counseling is complete.

4)  When the money order is received at the main office, it is marked as Payment Received or Other.
