Multiple Accounts Found During Registration
Overview
Sometimes when a client is registering for Cricket Debt, Urgent Co, or Solid Start, they may get a message that our system found an existing account that matches the sign-up information the client is entering.

Resolution
Sign In
Clicking the ‘sign in’ button will take the client to the login page for an existing account and will allow them to enter their username and password (or recover their password if they don’t remember it).
Not my account
Clicking the ‘not my account’ button with move the client forward in the registration process and allow them to create a new account.
