Locked Certificates

Attorney Pays on View (APV) 

When a client with an APV code finishes the counseling, the certificate is initially only sent to the attorney. 

• The client’s account will display Attorney Pays on View under CD Billing.

• Attorney’s can unlock the certificates 2 ways.
  • Opening the PDF from the  initial email they receive when a certificate is generated
  • Sign into their attorney account and clicking on the view/unlock link next to the client’s name.

Once a certificate has been unlocked, and if the client has included a personal email address, we will send a copy of their certificate to their email.  The client will also be able to download and/or print the certificates(s) from within their account once it’s unlocked.

When a counselor sees – Atty pays on view – Billed – this is the indication the attorney has unlocked the certificate(s).
