Inactive On-Demand (OD) PINs

PIN Not Working

If a client provides you with an OD PIN that is not associated with an account they likely have a new account set up for them or will need to have a new account set up and must retake the course.

• There is no need to check the OD system to hear the progress of the old PIN.
• We won’t force-complete the new account based on the client telling us they listened to the course on the old PIN.
