Force Complete Checklist

At least one spouse on the account must show Awaiting Counseling or Complete before the other spouse on the account can be force completed.

• The counselor must receive verbal verification from the client that needs to be force completed that they completed the course in its entirety. 
• Counselors do not need verbal confirmation from the client’s spouse.
• Counselors do not need an OK from a Team Lead before force completing.
• Note account “[Client Name] force completed”

NOTE: Do not force complete a spouse that has been added to an account.
