Experian Credit Pull
Overview
We are going to begin offering a new product to the general public, an Experian credit report. People that have no existing accounts with Cricket (or SSF/UCo) will have the option to purchase a credit report through our website.
Product Workflow
Steps for customers to purchase the Experian report:
- Click on the “Get My Report” button on the Cricket Debt homepage (not available from SSF or UC)
- Complete the “Contact Information” section of the form, agree to the terms, and click submit
- Pay for the report (only credit/debit cards are accepted)
- If the purchase is successful they will be sent to a page to download, view, and/or print their report.
- If Experian does not return a report, the customer will have the option to correct any information on their form and then try again.
- If no report is returned on the second attempt, the customer is shown a message informing them that their purchase will be refunded.
- The customer can then return to the homepage or choose to return to the form so that their spouse can also purchase the report.

There is no phone support provided for this product. If a customer calls in asking questions about the Experian credit/debt report please have them email their question(s) to: exp@cricketdebt.com.

How to get an account fail (no record found)
Sign up for the Experian pull but be sure you are not using an existing account on the training server. Enter the credit card information below.
How to get an existing client error
Find a client in the training server database and use their information to request the report.

General Questions
What is this?
We are now selling an Experian credit report to new customers.
Who is it for?
This is available to the public unless they are an existing client of ours.
Do they have to take credit counseling if they buy the Experian report?
No, they do not need to purchase any additional services from us (including CD, UC, or SSF).
Can one spouse request the report for the other spouse?
No, each individual must purchase their own report.
Payment Questions
How much does it cost?
The cost is $8 per person, spouses must also pay for their report.
Can the fee be waived?
No, there are no fee waivers for this product.
What happens if the credit card fails?
The customer will see the same BrainTree error message(s) that they do if the card fails when purchasing CD, SSF, or UC counseling.
Report Questions
Does it include a FICO score?
No, this report does not include a FICO score.
Can they get an additional copy of their report later if they lose it?
While we won’t advertise this, we will email them a copy of their report for up to 6 months from the date of purchase.
How do they dispute something on their credit report?
Remember, all of these questions should be referred to exp@cricketdebt.com but, for your awareness, those have to be disputed with Experian directly.
