DO NOT email any client or attorney from your individual Cricket Debt email account for any reason.
- Any outgoing email to a client or attorney should only be sent through a generic email account such as our contact, info, or waiver email accounts.
- If, for some reason, you think you need to send a client or an attorney a message via email, submit a request to do so using an action from the client’s account (use a general action request when requesting for an attorney) and notify a Team Lead of the situation.
