Indicators of Debt Pull Retrieval

  • The creditor names for debts retrieved from a debt pull always appear in all capital letters.
    • This is not necessarily an absolute way to tell if the client used the debt pull option, as the client could have been using caps lock.
  • When logged in as the client, on their account information screen, you will see a section that says “About Your Credit Report” below the “Manage Your Account” section at the bottom of the page (see image below).
    • This will only appear if the client chose to retrieve their debts.

 

The debt pull option is only available for Cricket Debt web clients.

Attorney’s access to debt retrieval

  • Attorneys may download the information retrieved from a client’s debt pull through their member attorney account for any clients who used their attorney code and opted to retrieve their debts.
