Waiver Pre-Approval List

If a waiver request email is approved, the client is added to the pre-approval list.

CD/UC pre-approvals will remain on the list for six months.

• Pre-approvals over six months are automatically deleted and will need to be resubmitted for review.

SSF pre-approvals will remain on the list for five years.

• Pre-approvals over five years are automatically deleted and will need to be resubmitted for review.

All waiver request emails are responded to within 24 hours (except weekends and holidays).
