Calling In Sick or Late
Process
If an employee is unable to work or will be late for their scheduled shift, the employee must contact the management team as soon as possible using the following procedure:

- Send email to om@cricketdebt.com to ensure all managers are informed.
- The email/text should include the reason you are unable to work/will be late and when you expect to return/arrive.
- If you are out for an extended period of time you will be expected to provide a doctor’s note.
- A doctor’s note may also be requested if there is a pattern of chronic illness.
- If the absence or tardiness occurs outside the normal business hours of operation (6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday), please send group text via cell phones to Candace, Lisa, and Lance.
- Send email to om@cricketdebt.com to ensure all managers are informed.
Losing internet, tech issues, late to work, etc.:

If you just email or text one of us–then we need to alert the others and it’s not efficient, especially if we aren’t working at that moment or don’t see it.
Last resort:
If any of the above avenues fail to reach OM, call the help desk to alert us about your tech issues. 866-719-0400.
If an employee is unable to email due to an emergency, the employee must have someone contact Cricket Debt by calling 866-719-0400.
