Assisting Foreign Language Speakers (Except Spanish)

Languages offered online

The Cricket Debt Counseling online course is offered in dozens of languages however, we only offer one-on-one counseling in English and Spanish.

Non-English or Spanish speaking clients 

• It’s acceptable to have a family member, friend or attorney translate in order to assist the client.
• The counselor must hear the information translated, and must hear the client respond. 
• It’s acceptable to summarize more succinctly the credit counseling in the interest of being clearly understood through a translator.
