Archived Certificates

NOTE: We will only send certificates that are 2 years old or newer. 

 

Anything older than 2 years cannot be retrieved for the client/attorney. We are obligated to keep the certificate for 1 year but we keep it for 2 as a matter of practice. 

Steps to determine if an archived certificate is available 

  1. Search for client 
  2. If not found in the active list, click on the link – Search archived client (older than one year).
  3. Locate the client’s name in the archived client list.
  4. Click on the certificate link, if a copy of the certificate appears, it is available.
  5. Submit action requesting a copy of the archived certificate is emailed to the client.  The action should include the client’s email and phone number.
  6. We only offer EMAIL delivery, we don’t fax or send by US mail.

Archived Cert Not/found/Error

If you click on the cert and receive an error message, this means the certificate is no longer available. Counselors can offer to provide the certificate number.
