Adding Another Attorney Code To An Attorney Account

Multiple Codes

An attorney can have multiple codes in their existing account for the purposes of specifying different payment methods. 

How To Add

Counselors may handle the request a couple of ways:

• If the attorney is on the phone and requesting assistance immediately, ping a TL in slack and a new code will be added.
• If the request is not urgent – send an action and a new code will be added to the account.
  • Specify if the attorney wants to add an AP, APV or Client pays code
• A new PDF with the new attorney code will be sent to the attorney as confirmation.
