When clients call into our help desk, they are greeted and then given the following phone options.

Cricket Debt 

  • Press 1 if you are an attorney
  • Press 2 if you completed the course online or on the phone
  • Press 3 for phone course registration (transfers to CD disclosures)
  • Press 4 for mailing & web address
  • Press 5 for customer service
  • Press 9 for Spanish

Solid Start Financial

  • Press 1 if you are an attorney
  • Press 2 to speak to a Solid Start Financial counselor 
  • Press 3 for phone course registration (transfers to SSF disclosures)
