ISSUE
Prior to 5/19/21, clients whose financials showed an entry over six months ago where forced to have their counseling reset and retake the session and enter new financials.
Since we began enforcing the account reset for client’s with financials entered over six months ago for WC, we have been met with consistent feedback from clients that the financials showing in the budget have been updated since the initial entry and are now current.
In light of that info, and the fact that clients must certify that their budget information is accurate before proceeding to the one-on-one counseling session, we have decided to roll-back the policy of forcing a reset for those accounts.
COUNSELOR ACTION
Both phone and WC counselors may can proceed with the one-on-one session for any client that has completed counseling regardless of the date showing for the entry of their financials.
**Please note that if the client has already started a WC interaction with us and their last message was over six(6) months ago, the account will still have to be reset.**
