Birthday Benefit

Cricket Debt provides every employee a one day time off for their birthday. This personal holiday does not need to be on the employee’s actual birthday, but it does need to be scheduled within the same pay period as the birth date. 

This benefit is available to U.S. based counselors

  • The birthday benefit selection is scheduled during any round of the vacation selection process 
  • The birthday benefit will reflect as a paid holiday on your timesheet and on your pay stub and is not part of your paid vacation time.
  • Cricket Debt’s business needs are always first priority, so counselors may need to be flexible when scheduling their day off.
