Continue to take calls:
- Unless otherwise instructed, continue to take calls normally during an outage.
- If the client needs assistance with something that is unavailable due to the outage, please apologize to the caller and explain that we are experiencing technical difficulties that are in the process of being fixed. It is not necessary to provide any details of the outage.
- Suggest that the client call back in an hour when the system should be functioning properly.
During an outage, please keep an eye on Slack for any special instructions or information from management.
