Do I have enough/good information in the budget to make a recommendation?

  • Yes > Send the BA based on the current numbers.
  • No > Are 1-2 relevant entries missing/questionable and can easily be asked of the client?
    • Yes >
      • Send a message to the client for the missing entries.
    • No > Use Issues Identified process.
        • Reply to client using the Issues Identified dropdown from within the client account.
        • Add an succinct, internal note to indicate the issues that need clarification
          • Example: “Verify low food (200) for 4, vehicle maintenance (700), and tithing (500).”
        • Post the U number is slack with the message “Issues Identified”
